Once we receive 20% of the total, the dates are yours.

About three months before arrival in high season, such as Christmas. About two months before in quieter months.

Check in from 15:00. Stacey welcomes you and shows you around.
What you don't pay
No security deposit, and no extra taxes on top: the price we give you is the price you pay.
If you need to cancel
You get a voucher for a later stay, which you can also give to someone else.
House rules
- Check in from 15:00, check out before 11:00
- Up to 8 guests
- The pool has no fence, so never leave small children alone near it
ask for a late checkout, we'll always say YES if possible ;-)
Good to know
How do I get from the airport?
The airport is twenty minutes away. A taxi costs about 30 US dollars, and we can give you the number of the driver we use.
Do I need a car?
Miami Beach, Freights and Oistins are within walking distance. To explore the rest of the island you really need a car: we use Voyager Rent A Car and Corbins Car Rentals. For a single ride, the PickUp app works well.
Where do I buy groceries?
Massy is the best supermarket. There is also a small shop about fifteen minutes on foot.
Can I do laundry?
Yes. Guests staying longer than a week, and families with babies or small children, can ask Stacey for the key to the laundry room.
Is it good for children?
Very. There is a baby bed and chair, pool toys and board games, and the beach is a minute away. The pool has no fence, so keep an eye on little ones.
